This machine is developed by our factory for nearly 20 years fabrication and improvement. It is one advanced PP tape production processing equipment. Inverter speed control device is used for transmission of extruder. The die mouth gap is adjustable. The inverter speed control technology is applied in regulation of drawing and stretching speed. The winder applies internationally advanced linear structure device to meet various sizes of product. The torque motor is used for tension transmission. The whole system consists of twelve machines such as extruder, stainless steel cooling water tank, 3 rollers pulling sizing control panel, heating-stretching air oven, 5 rollers stretching control panel, electric corona treatment device, printing ink drying device, embossing device, anneal air oven device, cooling sizing water tank, 3 rollers pulling control panel and machine winder. The screw and barrel of extruder are made of 38CrMoAlA with special design of single air vent and double plasticizing. In the production of PP package tapes, the cheap mineral powder could be used instead of expensive PP master batch fillers. The product quality will be raised while the production cost could be reduced substantially so that company can get higher economic profit.
